Medical Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
- Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
Medical Sales Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharma, marketing, communication, biotech, nursing, Chemistry/biology any of these.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Office Manager
We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures for our biotech company. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
You will be responsible for managing office staff, implementing procedures, maintaining administrative systems, and working closely with other departments such as H R, and Marketing, Research. You will also liaise with external parties such as investors, partners, suppliers, customers and regulators.
You should have previous experience as an Office Manager or Office Administrator in a biotech or related industry. You should also have knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. You should be able to accurately handle administrative duties and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Sales Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us grow our customer base and revenue for our biotech products.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing and executing a strategic sales plan, and building strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
You should have previous experience as a sales manager or sales leader in a biotech or related industry. You should also have knowledge of the biotech market, products and trends and proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. You should be able to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
